Position

Salesforce is seeking an outstanding individual to support the Middle East territory as a Senior Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a leader in AI-driven digital customer engagement solutions across email, mobile, and web. The Solution Engineer (MC SE) engages with customers ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives.

As a trusted advisor, the MC SE will deliver memorable customer experiences while positioning the business value of our solutions to all levels of audiences. The role involves close partnership with sales teams, partners, product, and industry specialists to plan and deliver on sales campaigns, lead client discovery sessions, present technical solutions, and remain well-informed on the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure success by the overall performance of the Sales team in growing annual revenues and providing solution expertise to support the sales pipeline.
  • Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to propose effective solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions, fostering impactful customer engagements.
  • Deliver inspiring presentations and product demonstrations at sales cycles and events.
  • Share successes and learning moments internally to maximize engagement impact.

Required Experiences and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting role.
  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing (B2C and/or B2B), Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, or AI.
  • Self-starter with effective task and time management skills.
  • Comfort in dynamic team environments and ability to work on solo projects.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging presentation content.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in technologies like CRM, Loyalty Management, Analytics, or Real-time Interaction Management.
  • Experience in product management or post-sales software implementations.
