Position

As a Senior Manager of Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales at Salesforce, you will collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and strategically advance the business. You will serve as a vital member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team, managing a diverse and skilled team to capture market share in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Solution Engineering team ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support commercial deals and acquire new clients.
  • Orchestrate complex end-to-end opportunity engagements from a Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales perspective.
  • Foster C-level relationships across key accounts to reinforce our partnerships and commitments to customers.
  • Drive customer engagement through influencing broader IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to design and execute growth plans in line with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the team’s approach to solution selling remains innovative and impactful.
  • Hire and mentor high-caliber talent, promoting effective succession planning and career advancement opportunities.
  • Uphold and exemplify Salesforce’s core values in your leadership approach.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years in leadership roles, particularly within Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their integration into enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and present persuasive narratives.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Customer 360 Platform, and Data and AI solutions, along with knowledge of other CRM platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud Computing and its associated business benefits.
  • Ability to quickly interpret and communicate complex technological and business concepts.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
