Position

As a Sr. Account Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, delivering thought leadership, and owning solutions to enhance our customers' experience. Collaborating with colleagues and the sales team, you will translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. Your technical and sales skills will allow you to present our product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers during their transformational journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology relevant to Salesforce’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos tailored to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and maintain vital knowledge.
  • Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Efficiently respond to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to address challenges in energising environments.
  • Inquisitiveness and passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
