The Principal Success Architect role is designed for transformation-makers who have experience in consultancy and a proven track record in driving successful digital transformation programs.

Job Description:

As a Principal Success Architect, you will play a critical role within the Customer Success Team to enable customers to effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include delivering consultancy and managing a portfolio of standardized services for Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic advice across various areas such as Vision & Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Product Adoption. You will build and maintain relationships with both customers and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and achievement of tangible business outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work with 1-3 customers and coordinate internal collaboration with the ServiceNow account team. Your overarching philosophy will be “If our customers are successful, we are successful!”

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in C-level Arabic and English
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization
  • Experienced with technology-enabled transformations (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software)
  • Previous work with F100-1000 accounts
  • Expertise in digital transformation design, implementation, and management
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with CxO and business line leaders
  • Proven track record in identifying and achieving business outcomes
