About the Job:
Siemens Mobility (SMO) is the world’s leading provider of mobility solutions that enable the efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly transport of people and goods. As part of a truly international team, we are recruiting for a Digitalization Engineer to contribute to one of Siemens Mobility's largest projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes within the driverless metro project and design solutions that leverage digital technologies (AI, machine learning, automation) to optimize workflows and solve recurring challenges.
  • Develop and implement solutions using programming languages and tools such as Power BI for dashboard creation.
  • Implement AI and machine learning algorithms to improve decision-making and automate routine tasks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time progress tracking and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather ideas for digital improvements and evaluate current processes.
  • Conduct evaluations of workflows and propose enhancements to improve the driverless metro system.
  • Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of digital solutions from conceptual design to implementation.
  • Utilize data insights to monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Document solutions and provide regular reports on progress and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management and system integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and digital process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Location: Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia
