Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines.
- Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis for product improvement.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years in product management or equivalent.
- Agile Expertise: Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- User Research Skills: Proficient in basic user research skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
