About the Job
As an Account Manager at Talabat in Ras Al Khaimah, you will conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Your role will involve maintaining continuous relationships with clients and restaurants to provide excellent service, support, and resolution of operational issues. You will ensure that client menus are always current and optimize restaurant content, from delivery times to commission rate negotiations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers, while encouraging restaurants to adopt digital initiatives and payment gateways.
