About the Job
As an Account Manager at Talabat in Ras Al Khaimah, you will conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Your role will involve maintaining continuous relationships with clients and restaurants to provide excellent service, support, and resolution of operational issues. You will ensure that client menus are always current and optimize restaurant content, from delivery times to commission rate negotiations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers, while encouraging restaurants to adopt digital initiatives and payment gateways.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business reviews and identify business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with clients and restaurants
  • Ensure client menus are kept up to date
  • Optimize restaurant content, such as MOA and delivery times
  • Renegotiate commission rates and build new commercial relationships
  • Acquire and maintain promotional content (photos, banners, etc.)
  • Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers
  • Encourage clients to implement features like track order
  • Coordinate with restaurants on their presence and activity on the Talabat platform
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, such as:
    • Closed sales
    • Follow-up activities
    • Sales expense reports
    • Increased sales reports after promotions
    • Vendor analysis sheets
    • Account management reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics
  • Fluency in Arabic is a MUST
  • Residency in or relocation to Ras Al Khaimah is a MUST
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and flexibility
