Software Engineer II - Flutter

• Role Summary:
  • Participate in continuous discovery of customer/business needs to drive desired outcomes
  • Design, write, and release software solutions in your business domain
  • Mentor and inspire other engineers
  • Critically question and simplify tech org systems/processes
• What you need to be successful:
  • Empathetic and able to build relationships
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of lean/agile values & principles
  • Ability to mentor other engineers
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Proficient in testing with focus on automated end-to-end quality
  • Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Experience with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery
