The SAP Practice Lead is responsible for driving the growth, development, and execution of the SAP practice within the organization. This role involves leading SAP initiatives, managing a team of SAP consultants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. The SAP Practice Lead will also be responsible for business development, pre-sales support, and strategic planning to expand the SAP practice.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Practice Development:
- Define and execute the SAP practice strategy in alignment with the company’s digital transformation goals.
- Develop a roadmap for SAP offerings, focusing on S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.
- Build and expand the SAP practice by hiring, mentoring, and training SAP consultants.
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks for SAP projects.

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue SAP-related opportunities.
- Participate in RFP responses, solution design, and proposal development.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate SAP solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with SAP and technology vendors to enhance service offerings.

Project Delivery & Customer Engagement:
- Oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide technical and functional leadership in SAP implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Technical Expertise & Innovation:
- Stay updated on SAP trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Promote innovation by exploring new SAP modules, integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Guide teams in leveraging SAP Cloud solutions, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for SAP implementations.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or practice lead role.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, or other relevant modules is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in SAP implementation, migration, and integration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry-specific solutions.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
