Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake routine IP network (LAN, DCN, network security) bidding, customer communication, and technical clarification.
  • Understand customer network requirements and design solutions.
  • Connection with Operator Business department, get KPI and strategy, influence CMO & CBO service develop plan.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Experience in IP network domain, especially in operator IP resell business domain.
  • Master the LAN, DCN, network security technology and solution.
  • Experience in operator business market insight, can collect data and analyze the 2B market GAP and give suggestions.
  • Experience in fixed network projects operations.
  • Familiar with operator 2B service provisioning process and steps.

Business Skill:

  • Engage with operators CMO/CBO/CTO department, guide solutions, engage with operators CBO/CMO side, guide resell business success.
  • Output customer side engaging materials according to customer interest.
  • Output regional and country level 2B market insight, identify regional market key GAPs, categorize problems and give solutions.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and operate/support fixed network projects.
