Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Solution Architect
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (IaaS & PaaS)
- Extensive background in architecture, implementation, and delivery of large-scale hardware and software systems
- Experience in planning and delivering cloud migration projects
- Knowledge of architectural approaches, cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery
- Understanding of networking design and protocols
- Familiarity with the full Oracle stack including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Gen2
- Understanding of cloud competitors (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their hybrid offerings
- Cloud Architecture Development/Cloud certification (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Private Cloud and Edge solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design efficient architectures
- Provide deep technical expertise and support for C3, RED, etc.
- Accelerate customer opportunities through presentations and Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Research and evaluate cloud developments for continuous improvement
- Conduct customer education on Oracle’s product offerings and cloud strategy
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives
- Contribute to technical responses for ITTs, RFIs, and RFPs
