We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in product delivery and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging low-code/no-code technologies, such as Mendix and Salesforce, to drive business transformation and operational excellence. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and a strong ability to lead high-performing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic products and initiatives. Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and transformation.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage low-code/no-code platforms, including Mendix and Salesforce, to develop and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Assess their potential impact on strategic business outcomes and integrate relevant advancements into product strategies.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, maintenance, and eventual retirement. Ensure that each phase of the product lifecycle is executed efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business goals.
  • User and Stakeholder Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from internal users and key stakeholders to inform product development and enhancements. Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with user needs and organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes, tools, and methodologies. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance product delivery and team performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure that product strategies are well-integrated and support overall business objectives. Facilitate smooth product launches and post-launch activities.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Work closely with development teams to ensure that product development aligns with established SDLC practices and timelines.
  • Developer Management: Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in development practices.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of product management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI. Ensure that products are developed with a clear focus on delivering business value and achieving financial objectives.

Required Years of Experience
12+ years of experience in product management and portfolio management, with a strong background in product delivery and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
