About the Job
We are seeking a Coordinator for our NFV Business, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of quick commerce items and e-groceries at hypermarket prices. This role will focus on populating and proposing content for the product catalogs on the Talabat app, participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors, and enhancing vendor front pages through various merchandising methods.
Role Scope
- Populating and proposing content for the product catalogs on the Talabat app
- Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors; investigating catalog-related complaints
- Enhancing the vendor front page through various merchandising methods
- Creating reports regarding work received and work performed
- Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain and helping improve inventory health
- Identifying possible improvements in the processes and suggesting implementation methods for the needed changes
- Handling the day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks while ensuring quality standards are met
- Informing the manager about possible quality issues; investigating situations and recommending corrective actions
- Flagging updates received from stakeholders on processes to Lead/Manager
- Participating in process-related meetings and calls
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience or background in innovative business operations processes is considered advantageous
- Upper Intermediate written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage
- Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – able to find information about large amounts of data in a timely manner
Ability to:
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Operate in the system with the necessary speed and accuracy to meet departmental standards
- Dive deep into a problem, perform 'Root Cause Analysis,' and identify constraints to recommend a solution
- Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
- Salesforce experience is a plus
